Returns & Refund Policy

At Wallwonderprints, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall art purchase, eligible physical products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and hanging hardware.

  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

  • Not be customized beyond the standard options offered on the product page.

Return Authorization Process

All returns must be approved before being sent back. To begin the process, contact us at contact@wallwonderprints.shop.

Once your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label.

  • Instructions for secure packaging.

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Items damaged during shipping (such as frames, prints, or packaging).

  • Incorrect product, size, color, or design.

  • Missing components or mounting hardware.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products, including items with added text or images.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper use or handling.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please complete the return process for the original product and place a new order separately. Any approved refund can then be used toward your new purchase.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time of 3–10 business days may apply before funds appear in your account.
